Don’t waste your time and energy interviewing with this company. There’s no proper communication and no updates after the interviews. Their process is unnecessarily long — five rounds, almost like a FAANG-level company — but the salary they offer is more in line with a low-paying service company.
I completed the first assessment round, followed by a coding round. In the third round, there were two interviewers. The scheduled duration was 1 hour 30 minutes, but the interview went on for more than 2 hours. After that, there has been complete silence — no feedback, no response, nothing.
What’s even more surprising is that I’ve interviewed with top-level product companies where the process included only two technical rounds, and they offered competitive salaries. More rounds don’t automatically mean better candidate evaluation. Sometimes, it just means an inefficient hiring process.
Candidates invest a lot of time and effort preparing and attending these rounds. The least a company can do is provide proper communication and timely feedback instead of ghosting applicants.
There are plenty of companies out there that respect candidates’ time, maintain transparency, and offer compensation that matches their expectations. Don’t assume that a company with five rounds is selecting the best talent — especially when the salary offered doesn’t reflect it.

They sent an Aptitude Test and after. that did not contact. The phone number is switched off. 50 questions to answer in just 15 mins. Too much of time to return.
