Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Uplevel (WA).
Entrevista
Round 1 was a fairly standard 30-minute Zoom call with the interim CRO. Round 2 was an immediately suspicious "homework assignment" which encompassed three multi-part sections (six tasks total). While the assignment instructions stated that it was not "intended to take a long time, nor have a right or wrong answer," the questions did, in fact, require research (including competitive analysis) and in-depth answers.
Conclusion: this is a shady attempt at content harvesting. Typically, writing assignments happen at a later stage in an interview process--and ideally should never take longer than an hour to complete. Asking candidates to generate six questions' worth of answers in Round Two means Uplevel now has plenty of free content / content strategy to coast on for a while.
