Easy/ 1 round- really nice ppl - read aloud & role play - interviewed by the principal & two teachers on the team - very nice - people and responsive - culture is fantastic and families are very involved
I first had an initial phone interview with a recruiter. Next was a Zoom interview with specific school leaders then a call with the offer the next day. Approx. 1 month process. May have added more steps in recent years.

What was your experience with diversity and equity initiatives?
It was a virtual interview on zoom and I was asked questions by multiple people who were a part of the administration. They each took turns asking me a series of questions, The questions were typical that are asked in an interview.
