Pretty standard with HR screen, phone screen, take home test, and then onsite interview. Process took 3-4 weeks total. The biggest negative was meeting with one of the co-founders in the onsite interview. I was told he was very intelligent and analytical since he came up with the first model for the product (which I don't disagree with) but does that give permission to constantly interrupt you when you're talking. An interview is a two way street where both employer and candidate is evaluating each other. And then when I finished the interview, there was no Recruiter to walk me out. I had to leave conf room to go find someone. Seems like product has a lot of potential and future. It was hard for me to even consider recommending someone given my experience, and since the Bay Area is highly competitive with people leaving for the next thing consistently, I would have expected more.
