I went through a lengthy interview process (4 rounds + 3 reference checks) and even received an oral offer, only to be told later that the offer couldn’t be extended due to an unexpected approval issue. This was never mentioned earlier in the process. The team was initially communicative, but after the verbal offer, updates became vague. After repeated follow-ups, I was informed that they wouldn’t be moving forward. This was disappointing, especially after investing significant time in their process. If you’re considering interviewing here, be cautious—getting a verbal offer may not guarantee a formal one

5 interviews, them scheduling calls with my references, talking me through the benefits and salary packages. Just to be told the day supposed to receive my official offer that there were organizational changes and now the position is being moved to another department. The process took weeks and several emails of them telling me how great of a fit I was to just pull the rug out. Very upsetting and feel as though my time and emotions were mishandled.
