the interview consisted on 3 rounds ad were fairly strait forward
1st round was scheduled for 1.45 hours but interviewer took only 1, I was slightly surprised but the discussion was nice and we were able to talk about memory management, swift ui, solid and other basic ios question and some DS
round 2 was system design which I was asked to create a cache mechanism and explain the whole architecture. I sailed through it and was able to clear this too
the 3rd round was managerial, the HR was quite lazy over all and would not respond to clear on her own. Had to run after her for almost 2 weeks to get this round scheduled but it seems they were quite indifferent about my performance in other rounds
i was told that there will be a debrief 15 days from my last round but on day of debrief i was waiting i was told abruptly in morning that i didnt clear

Entrevista
There were 3 rounds after initial HR screening.
1st round was hiring manager round where he was more interested in past work experience, feedback on Upstox mobile app and some general cultural fit questions.
2nd round was take home iOS assignment which takes 2-3 days to finish and keeps you involved.
3rd round was 1-1 interview with an iOS Developer from their team. It took around 1 and half hour and the interviewer asked lots of basic, design and iOS SDK level questions.
I was told that 3rd round is the final one and interviewer informed me that HR will get back to me despite the fact that they never reached out to me and I was ghosted completely. No reply to the mails, messages and not picking up my phone anymore. I can understand if I'd not been the right fit for the role they were looking for at the time, but the recruiter needs to learn the basic courtesy of closing the loop after an interview. So irresponsible HR from a reputed company.

Entrevista
Extremely bad. The first round essentially was a coding assignment round where you had to build a clone of a stockbroking app.
They call me up saying that the first round will be a coding assignment and they'll let me know when they'd send me the assignment.
They then sent me the assignment without even informing me that they were sending it over. Then one day before the submission date they call me saying we had sent you an assignment two days back and I had to submit it by the next day. I raised my concerns saying that it might difficult for me to do it since they wanted me to finish it during the weekdays and I had already informed them to let me know by calling me when they send me the assignment.
Nevertheless, I completed the project by the submission date and gave it to them.
They replied back saying that the response was positive and we could go ahead.
They scheduled the next round and made me wait on the zoom call for around half an hour before saying that they have had some production issue due to which they could not join and they wanted to reschedule it.
I said fine and they said we'll come back with a new date and time and that it has been a little hectic since the production issue (I'm guessing it's the data breach they had).
I kept following up with them over two weeks over phone calls where they kept saying that they would give me a new date.
After two or three calls I stopped following up.
After more than one and half months they rejected my candidature via mail without giving any more feedback.
