I went through four interview stages: an initial HR screening, a discussion with the Hiring Manager, a conversation with a Product Designer and Developer, and a final interview with the VP and Director of Product. Adel (HR) did an excellent job coordinating the process—his clear, responsive communication and efficient scheduling allowed the entire process to be completed within just two weeks. Although I was not selected at the final stage, I genuinely enjoyed every step of the journey, as the interviews felt less like formal assessments and more like meaningful, thoughtful conversations.

The Interview process was generally well-coordinated, providing good insight into both the company and its people. There were four rounds of interviews: the first with a recruiter, the second with the hiring manager, the third with the heads of the teams I’d be working with, and the fourth with a member of the leadership team. All interviews were conducted online, reflecting the company's digital-first approach. The people I interacted with were sociable, honest, and highly skilled in their roles. The process was engaging, with prompt communication between interviews and timely decisions at each stage. However, after the final round, there was a prolonged wait before I was informed that they had chosen to proceed with another candidate. Unfortunately, my request for feedback went unanswered. Despite this, I had a positive experience interviewing with the company and wish them continued success.
