I had three interviews, first with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager, then with a few people I would be working with. The recruiter was communicative throughout the process. That is, until my last round of interviews. I was told the company was looking to move quickly, and were hoping for an answer the next day. The next day came, nothing. I followed up with an email the day after that, nothing. I waited until the next week to follow up again. Silence. It's been two weeks since the "next day" and I haven't even received the courtesy of an email telling me where I stand. I understand that sometimes companies can't respond to everyone who falls out after the first round, but after three I expected a little more professionalism. People I spoke to were very open about the company's Glassdoor ratings, and said the culture was changing. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. After this experience, I doubt anything's changed.
