The selection process is very slow and lacks status updates. After applying, it took them about two weeks to send me a link for an online assessment that was incredibly complicated, supposedly measuring your workplace personality, abstract reasoning, numerical comprehension, attention & focus, and verbal comprehension. That's fine, but if they rely 100% on these tests for selection, it's very biased because only a genius with an extremely high IQ could complete them. After taking these tests, they ask you to send video responses to some questions, and after that, you don’t hear anything back.
