Interview process was easy and simple. They make you take an assessment test that’s an SAT like test. I got a verbal offer from the CSO in the final round and when they found out I missed a passing score on the assessment, they completely ghosted me. You miss a ton of great sales ppl when you solely base your decision on some dumb test that has nothing to do with sales skills, process or abilities.

There were three interviews in total - HR, the hiring manager, and a peer. The interviews were between 30-45 min in length and the interviewers were prepared and fully engaged. .The entire process was seamless and the recruiter did a great job at keeping me updated on the process as I was going through it.
