The first step is a short phone call (around 30 minutes) focused on discussing my past experience and projects. There's no HR screening beforehand it moves directly to the technical interview stage.

The process was smooth, well-organized, and clearly structured. Some parts were conducted in the office while others were remote, which made it flexible and convenient. The technical questions were mostly basic LeetCode-style problems, generally at an easy to medium level, sometimes with added constraints or twists that increased their difficulty slightly.
Selection process includes a 30 minute Zoom interview, followed by a one hour on site frontal technical interview, with an additional follow up interview scheduled at a later date if candidates successfully pass stage.
