I was interviewed by all 4 partners, and we exchanged the common questions. Our communication was super light, funny, natural - I full heartedly felt like I felt into the firm during the interview.

Sent a resume per a posting on Craig's List. I was interviewed by 3 partners & 1 associate - seemed friendly & professional. They seemed to balk at the salary I asked for - it was $10K over the salary they had stated in their Craig's List ad. After a 2nd interview I was asked to start on Monday, & was sent a Non-Disclosure Statement for signature & the Office Manual. But next day the job offer was rescinded, for a questionable reason. The end of the process became frustrating, arbitrary & unprofessional.
