Be careful of this organization! It was an unprofessional 3-week-long interview that had red flags from the beginning. The first interview was online. Over the weekend they sent a report and asked me to make corrections (Free consulting work). After minutes of reviewing, I found numerous typos and errors. I was offered the last in-person interview with 3 people, where only one person was physically present. They sent me an assignment to do an analysis and develop their survey (again free labor). They asked me specific questions regarding the survey development and continued to ask me questions to better their instrument. Honestly, this was one of the best interviews I had. I called the next week, left a message, and instantly received a rejection email. Please understand that this organization is searching for free/cheap work and comes across as a performative ploy to " help minorities," especially if they view prospective skilled candidates this way. Many quality organizations will pay interviewers when the tests are to correct and improve their already developed instruments.
