Entrevista
For an entry level position there were to be four rounds of interviews. Ranging from speaking with the team and HR, and providing completed briefs within 48hours.
The questions asked were relatively standard, however for an entry level position felt very targeted, that a lot of designers starting out may not have experience/ answers to.
They were very upfront about the salary for this position (50k) in the first interview, which was a nice change to usual secrecy until the last round of interviews.

Entrevista
Phone screen, followed by Google Hangout interview and Google Hangout Presentation. Although the process was thorough, the role would have been hybrid, I felt it lacked human interaction and warmth. With offices and people scattered across Australia, having a face-to-face interview would have been beneficial. The recruitment period was short, and felt rushed.
