They got back to me months later saying they had lost lots of applications in the process and that they had already selected the hires out of the applications that weren't lost. Was very unprofessional
Virtual Interview where you are not able to see nor speak to any current people employed by URBN. It is a very competitive company- hard to get through interview process.
