Entrevista
Chaotic. I was contacted by the HR within a day of my resume being referred. The initial phone screen was pleasant with the only questions asked were about compensation and availability for the next round. The HR seemed to be very interested in setting things up. She set up a face to face round for the next week. However, once I reached the office neither of the two people I was supposed to interview with was present and I was interviewed by two other people instead. This round was also very vague and the interviewers seemed to have no specific questions regarding my fitness for the position. After this round, the HR informed me that they would like to have me back for another round with the people I was supposed to have interviewed with initially. On asking for when this might be I wasn't given a definite date. After a week I was told that we would do a phone screen instead of an in-person round. The phone screen happened a few days later and was very short (20 mins) and as vague as the previous round. I only spoke to 1 interviewer and was thinking that this was a courtesy call. However, I got a call from HR the same day confirming that I'd gotten the position.

Applied online. Got a call from recruiter. Recruiter asked technical questions. Asked a sample analytics question and how will i drill down information. Heavily stressed on SQL skills. I was called in office for a face to face interview. 2 people at a time interviewed me. Total 4. Questions were around management, projects, analytics. Intimidating questions were asked "if customer wants a report at 5 pm on friday, what will you do?". If it takes 3 hrs to run, what will you do? Do you expect me to sit over the weekend and run? Ridiculous. Funny part, interview ends with a SQL exercise again. Best part, i never hear back from them. Crickets!
