I applied online. I talked on the phone with a project manager for 30 minutes about the company and my experience. I then had a phone call where I had to code a solution to one technical question, which was not too hard. Next I was invited to the office, where I:
-met some team members
-played some ping pong
-had two technical interviews with two people in each

Entrevista
Because I had worked at IBM the prior summer, my interview was expedited to the second round. I was asked to come to their Cleveland office for a 3 hour on site interview. Each interview was an hour and had two or three people from their different teams come in and ask me general knowledge questions.

How would you find all the prime numbers between 1 and 10? Ok, now that you have that, how would you improve on your algorithm to do it between 1 and 100? What if 100 became n and you didn't know how many?
