Phone call. Never followed up with me after emailing snd reaching out to hear about the status. Reached out weeks later offering position if I was still interested "they got so busy and forgot to email me back" allowed me to make own schedule

The interview took place as a phone interview. They used a conference call system where i had to dial in a number. I am not sure how many people were on the conference call. This was the only interview step they took.
