A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Everyone I spoke to was kind and personable, which made the company feel really promising. But after four interview rounds, I received an offer $10k below what was discussed in the screening call. I had clearly stated I was seeking a higher range and received no pushback, so the discrepancy came as a shock. When I asked about it, the offer was revoked. A couple of months later, a senior manager reached out about a higher-paying role and invited me to interview again, but after completing two more rounds, I was ghosted.
Six interviews altogether.
People were great, but the process was questionable and misleading. After the initial salary confusion, I’d already lost some trust but gave them the benefit of the doubt because everyone I met was kind. But the ghosting, when they reached out to me? Never again.

Amazing interview process with an extremely kind and humane team from the very beginning. The team communicated well and never left me in the dark. The process involved simple discussions as well as a mock demo call which I enjoyed preparing.

Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn and had my first interview invitation a few days after applying. The first interview was with an HR young lady who was very kind and transparent - she really treated me as a human, not a number. After passing the first stage, I had my second interview scheduled with the team lead less than a week later. The second interviewer asked questions about a situation where I had to turn around to be a positive experience. What made me choose Uscreen, and a few customer related questions of my past experience.
I didn’t move forward in the process, and was contacted by the Hr person who even provided further feedback into the reason why they chose another candidate.
