Found ad on Craigslist for ebay lister and sent in resume. Company calls about a week later asking for an interview for the next day. Interview is basic "why do you want to quit?" and looking at my resume again. I was told I'd recieve a call in about 3 business days, only took about 3 hours to get said call being told I got the job. Pretty easy.
