they outsourced the interview to a third-party recruiter, the boss himself is a downside for this agency, quite arrogant and narcissistic. the interview process is more of his speech for plans (note: not even current plan) and he constantly interrupts me, and proudly told me my experience at a corporate is bad because it's not a "fast-moving" agency.
