      Entrevista

      I first had a phone interview with the team manager followed by in-person group interviews with others on the Support team. In between group interviews, I took a typing test. The final step was an interview with the CEO (which was a surprise to me. I'm not sure if that happens anymore).

      Entrevista

      This was honestly one of the best interview processes I’ve gone through. Everything was quick, smooth, and well organized. The recruiter was outstanding to work with, very responsive, and kept me in the loop throughout. Communication was always fast and clear, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Across the interviews, the questions felt thoughtful and like they were genuinely trying to get to know me and understand how I work. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming, positive, and easy to talk to, and there was a strong sense of culture throughout. Even the final interview with the SVP stood out, it felt more like a real conversation than a formal interview. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer due to another opportunity, but it was a great experience with the team overall.

      Screener. Second interview was the most bizarre I have ever. The "interviewer" spent the totality of the interview stroking his dog and talking about board games. After naming 5 board games I've played and failing to answer more than that, the interview was concluded. I then received a rejection email more than a week later from the person that conducted the screener. This was a truly unnerving experience.

      Entrevista

      Brief phone interview followed by an in-person one. Had to do the Wonderlic and a typing test. Culminated in an interview with 3 department members. Relatively low-stress process. None of the crazy trick-questions you sometimes hear about. Interview seemed to be half about the fit I'd be for the position and the other half was to determine if I'd be a good cultural fit.
