1 written interview, 1 panel interview, and 1 non-formal interview with the CEO and one of the directors. The first interview was to see your understanding and knowledge of excel and basic customer service practices, the second was for the interviewers to get to know you as an individual and the last one was for the management to have a personal touch conversation and you get to ask them queries on the functionality and challenges the organization faces.

The interview had two phases. The first phase was a written interview followed by an oral interview. The interviewees were friendly and made one feel comfortable. The written interview took one hour and the oral interview took about 30-45 minutes.
