The hiring manager contacted me by phone and asked a few questions, but it was very relaxed. I thought the in-person interview would be the same. The interviewer did seem pretty relaxed, but the questions were worded confusingly. It made it difficult to understand what the interviewer was looking for, and so answering was difficult. I felt that I didn't do such a great job, but he asked me to send a writing sample. I sent the writing sample and haven't heard back.
