3 person paneled interview. They ask you general behavioral questions. Nothing very insightful as to what you can do or bring to the table. They hired someone with less experience and no education unlike my self. Very political process.

Entrevista
Applied online through company website. Contacted 2-3 weeks later to come and test/interview. Interview was a 4 person panel. Follow up to interview was a ride-along with a couple supervisors. A week and a half later they contacted me for references. A week after that I received an offer.
Very professional and well organized. UTA was one of the best I've ever interviewed with in terms of professionalism and communication of "next steps" in the process.

Typical situational/behavior based interview. If you have experience in the field you're applying to with the UTA, it will not be difficult.
