I came in for an interview. There were 3 people who asked me questions. It took about 20 minutes. A few days later I received a rejection email that was signed by the "Chief Inclusion & Diversity Officer Search Committee" (I'm a white male for the record). I emailed that particular office asking what role they play in UVU's hiring process and they never replied.
