A week after I applied, someone called me to come in for an IQ test. The next day, they said I passed, and I was scheduled for an interview the next day. I only had one interview. My interview went well. The Area Manager was warm and professional. He went over my resume, said i looked like a good fit and explained about the company and what they expect. He asked me some questions;Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work with Utiliquest?; Why should we hire you?; What motivates you? Explain a situation where you had to solve a problem by improvising? After that I asked him some questions. I had a good interview and he offered my the job on the spot. I accepted the offer! The office was spacious and had a nice full kitchen. People were nice and made you feel like you were a valuable part of a team. The company invests much in its employees ad expects good work. Rewards will come to those who do good work and enjoy learning.

I was ask about how much I new about the job and was given a chance. Yes was told that they would give me a chance and when and where my class would start. I then did a test for them and then waited for my background check etc.
