I found the interview process to be relatively straightforward, although I must express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects. During the interview, the salary and incentives discussed differed significantly from what was ultimately presented in the offer. Both the salary and incentives were notably lower than initially indicated. Subsequently, upon rejecting the offer and expressing my desire for a more suitable proposition, there was a notable lack of further communication. I expected a more transparent and respectful process, particularly regarding the initial discussions on compensation.
