There is only one round that is four people will take interview CEO, HR, technical head and chairman. Technical round is so easy I have answered all the questions, but they don't see experience and knowledge they hire a person who is having good communication skills, but I thing some people cannot explain properly because of lack of communication skills but they have knowledge. and especially for developers they don't need communication skills they just need an experience and knowledge. I just want to tell the company that please see the experience and knowledge too🙏.
