The group interview is odd; the interviewer rushes and talks over people. Some get easy questions, while others face tough ones—it feels like luck. The interviewer seems indifferent, pressuring candidates and potentially failing those who get a bit nervous or speak slowly.
it was a zoom interview, i was applying for VA, i work as cold caller and I don't have experience for the role. but I have experience in the same field, i was told it's extremely hard to get a job as i lake experience as VA.
