The interview process was not hard. It is only about yourself but the exam for someone that does not have financial background would be hard. It will test your ability to be very keen into details.

The interviewers were very kind and very understanding especially when I had a problem with my internet connection while I was interviewing. I felt very comfortable talking to them. Aside from the questions being relevant, they are also very fun to answer. However, my application process took more than a month.
