Nice interview process - very friendly and approachable HR.
The role required knowledge of a specific European language and so this was proficiency was tested during the interview in a very relaxed way. There was also a small task to complete using excel but this wasn't too difficult. I may have even not completed it properly but was still offered the role. Nice place to work.

Overall, it was a good experience in the field.
Pros- benefits from the other brands.
Cons- customers were not pleasant to work with. You learn that many ppl are so pressed on consumerism. This job will definitely open your eyes to a lot of things.

Over zoom, very laid back and a few simple questions. Set schedule hours and opportunity to advance once trained and on que. Jobs are fully remote from home. They will mail you the computer and monitor and all you need to perform the job duties before you begin training.
