First round was with the hiring manager (VP level) and you could tell that she was incredibly passionate about what she did and a people person. It did not feel like an interview at all and it was very conversational. Final round was a panel with peers, equally technical, less conversational. Overall very pleasant.
Only callout was they offered a budget for the role, then asked for my current salary and lowballed me, saying that they won't be paying me the initial amount they stated if I was offered as, "no one makes such a salary jump these days." I thought that a company like VF would be paying for roles according to their worth.
