I applied online through Indeed in 2021, and received a call from the HR Manager. Interview scheduled with the hiring manager and that went well. I waited 3-4 weeks and then another interview with a different hiring manager and this time I got an offer letter. Seems like few managers like to hire only young applicants.

The interview process comprises two stages: first with HR and then with the Manager who will oversee you. Both took place on the same day. The questions were straightforward and not overly complex.
