Das Vorstellungsgespräch war gut strukturiert und angenehm. Die Atmosphäre war offen und freundlich, was es mir leicht gemacht hat, meine Stärken, Erfahrungen und Motivationen darzulegen. Die Gesprächspartner haben gezielte Fragen gestellt und gleichzeitig Raum für einen authentischen Austausch geschaffen. Dadurch konnte ich meine Kompetenzen in einem entspannten Rahmen präsentieren.
Excellent process and company to work for, really happy that I have joined VGC and looking forward to the future within the business. Great people, culture and good interview process within the business.
