- There was a brief HR phone screen where I was then scheduled into an in-person interview. The HR person was fairly quick with an email confirmation of the location etc and indicated “there might be a writing exercise” though she wasn’t sure, and didn’t confirm by the interview date. - the first in-person interview consisted of two hiring managers and myself. I was asked a series of questions that mixed culture fit and skill fit. Then, I was asked to complete an exercise to prioritize tasks in a given scenario, presumably so they could assess my working style and soft skills. I then had to explain my response and walk them through my reasoning for the ordering I chose in the scenario. - I was invited to a second interview where I was told I would be assessed for fit with the team, so the team members joined. The questions matched my expectations and focused on my working style and a bit on skills. I was asked to provide references by the hiring manager at the close of the interview and told that I would receive a call within a week. Unfortunately that call never arrived and I received confirmation that I wasn’t selected after about 2.5 weeks. I requested feedback and never received any, nor did the HR person acknowledge my request. From the time of application to the final email was roughly 6-7 weeks.
