Initial interview where you teach a short 20 minute mock lesson. After that you move on to the exam portion regarding their policies etc. and next you teach two more mock lessons showing your aptitude for a range of English learner proficiencies.

They have you prepare a demo class according to a very specific model and “teach” it to the interviewer, who pretends to be a young Chinese child. Then they give you feeedback. You are teaching from a computer lesson. There are a zillion videos on You Tube about the process.
