The process was 30 minutes total: 10 minute interview about my experience and education background, 10 minutes demonstration lesson, 10 minutes feedback and explanation of next steps. Prior to the actual interview, I filled out application ( usual questions ) and received a response within 24 hrs asking me to set up time for an interview and demo lesson. They provide the lesson and information about what they expect. There are videos to watch that can give you tips and ideas on how to provide the best lesson. The interviewer was nice, and her feedback was helpful and accurate. My issue is that it was extremely difficult to understand her and I felt frustrated because an important question did not get answered. About 2 minutes after the interview, the contract and the lesson feedback form was sent via e mail. Now I am on to next step which is completing a Practicum lesson after watching 5 hrs of training videos.
