Entrevista
Interview 1: with a Chinese VIPKID recruiter. She asked about my qualifications and experiences in teaching.
Interview 2: a mock interview with a Mock Class Mentor (MCM), who is a current teacher. The MCM pretended to be a 5 year old and then a 10 year old. They wanted to see how I adjust my teaching method to suit the different ages.
Interview 3: mock 2 interview with another MCM and we did the same thing.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection

Easy and straight forward interview process. There is a demo teaching section. This was a while ago so it may have changed. The onboarding process was also easy. Again, this was a while ago, so it may have changed.
