It took eight weeks by video and Skype like platform to critique qualifications , teaching style, methods, speech, accent, etc. did not see any bias but they do seem to know what they are looking for.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
