Entrevista
The interview process for VIPKid is quite lengthy and involved. It took me about a week and a half to complete the entire process and get feedback. Be prepared to have patience.

After the initial stage, I was asked to prep for and conduct a mock class. The interviewer pretended to be a young child/student, and I "taught" her.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
