Applied in 2018. First submitted a short video demonstrating "teaching skills" - basically teaching for 2 mins a lesson to a kid who isn't there. Then scheduled a mock class with a mentor. You teach for 15 minutes and the mentor acts as the student. The teaching content is sent to you before the interview.

just a quick demo lesson following the course materials, then a few logistical questions and talk about the program. Was quite quick and easy overall if you have teaching experience..
Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
