Pretty easy. Just need to be prepared and know your tpr. Also, use props such as puppets, blocks, printouts and smile. Do not be negative and always show encouragement. Make sure your technology is ready

Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand

It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
