The company is very small but very personable. The recruiter was very quick in contacting me after I had sent her my resume. She helped me with understanding the demands and duties of the positions and the expectations of the client. The interview was with the CEO of VITAL and he was extremely courteous and focused on the many great aspects of working for a small company. The company seemed very close knit and would look out for their employees in case a contract ever ended early and they seemed to have a lot of benefits for their employees as well despite being a small company.
