I submitted my resume on Glassdoor. The manager sent me an email inviting me for a Zoom interview. After the interview I was extended an offer, which I accepted. Try to get a start date/onboarding class either the 1st or last day of the month. Benefits start 60 days after the start date which means you may have to wait 90 days for benefits to kick in. There is little to no HR support for new or existing employees. Remember to document, document, document. Once you start onboarding, if you have computer problems and fall behind in your education it spills over into your job as they have monthly education requirements. DON'T FALL BEHIND OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED. They tell you they'll schedule you for education time but it's too little, too late. Took me 9 hours on my own time to catch up after being harassed by my supervisor for weeks. Then, they'll yell at you for doing so but it's such a relief to finally be caught up.
