I applied via LinkedIn to the position, the recruiter called me and had a little chat, then she sent me the personality test which took too long time to finish it, the next week she emailed me and set up and interview with the Sales Manager, I met the Manager and asked the same questions, what would you do if .....???
Streamlined process, was able to book an interview and have a nice discussion about the position and about myself as a candidate. Waiting to hear back from them about a second interview.

3 person interview process. They're super friendly and everyone is easy going. They want to make sure you are the right fit and genuine with a hard work ethic. Longevity and having empathy is very huge as well a drive to want to stay out in the field and being present

Entrevista
Interviewer was very passive aggressive and did not seem very pleased. Every question came off as very condescending, would not recommend to anyone trying to enter this field. The recruiter was very friendly however.
