Entrevista
The hiring process consisted of two interview stages with a test in between. First, I had a technical interview, which was followed by a practical skills assessment. After completing the test, I proceeded to a conversation with the Human Resources representative. While the organization and scheduling of these stages were handled efficiently, the overall experience was good however by the complete lack of feedback following the test and final interview, which is disappointing and unprofessional.

Call was positief, zeer transparant, eerlijk en menselijk. Het voelde als een wederzijdse kennismaking eerder dan een pure sollicitatie. Niet de volledige procedure doorlopen, maar enkel het eerste telefonische gesprek.
