The first interview was a short 10-minute video call conducted on Teams. It served as an initial screening to briefly discuss my profile, qualifications, experience, and interest in the position offered.

Standard conversations and meetings with the team leads. Very laidback but they definitely want to make sure you know what you are doing. Didn’t end up taking job due to salary negotiations.
