Some emailing back and forth, one informational/introductory call from HR, then a phone interview with Senior level creatives.Know your portfolio backwards and forwards. Have some sort of presentation plan when talking about each piece of work/campaign/etc. Keep it succinct but be ready to elaborate.

Interview process was somewhat timely. Friendly HR staff and managers. Relevant questions asked. Conversational. Not high-pressure. Gave a good sense of the culture. Not rushed, genuinely felt like they wanted to speak.
