It depends on who you know. If you are interviewing for the latam team in Austin under the current administration you gotta be underqialified and under performer with no work ethics He will hire you quickly if you are friends or friends with his friends.
Now, interview with the American team means that you will have a phone interview and a in person interview with a committee of three or four managers. Decision is quick and they are good in training you!

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. Upon receiving great feedback and plans to move forward to next steps the recruiter went dark. I politely followed up via email asking for feedback but never heard back.

I did two interviews already, and they let me know that there were probably at a minimum two more interviews to go including one onsite. This seems like a LOT of interviews and with so many interviews just to get the job I am really worried about just how many layers of bureaucracy this place is going to have.

They asked me several questions about my opinions on working remote vs onsite. The impression that it left me with is they are trying to get back fully onsite for inside sales.
